The METOLIGHT LED Tube Series UV-395 is a technical and energy saving alternative to conventional high pressure mercury lamps used for exposure, curing or drying of UV sensitive materials. In the technical industry - in particular in printed circuit board production, in the chip industry, or in the paint and lacquer industry, such UV-radiating light sources are used to expose, harden or dry paints, lacquers, resins, film emulsions.
LED tubes with UV LEDs, however, have some clear advantages over conventional exposure technology:
- hardly any heat radiation - the exposed products do not deform or are not damaged by heat radiation
- Almost as frequent on / off cycles - LED tubes survive up to 100,000 switching cycles and more.
- Immediately ready for use - no warm-up time required
- Very long burning time up to 25,000 hours
- Direct connection to 230 VAC or in luminaires with G13 sockets and built-in magnetic ballast.
Areas of application:
The LED tube UV 395 with 395 nm light radiation is used for the exposure, drying, curing of UV-polymerizing products.

Easy installation:
Switch off the light, remove the old fluorescent tube and the starter - Use the METOLIGHT LED fuse starter - Insert the METOLIGHT LED tube - Switch on the lamp - That's it.
For luminaires with electronic ballasts, we recommend our adapter terminal (item no. 101606) with which the conversion of the luminaires is done quickly and easily.
Individual inspection at Asmetec:
Each LED tube is individually tested for function and compliance with the technical data in the Asmetec light laboratory. In addition, each LED tube undergoes an insulation resistance test of 1500 volts.
The tests of the photometric data, ISO lines, EMC, switching cycle tests, etc. are carried out in batches.
Customers receive the corresponding test protocols on request.
