The METOLIGHT® Tri-Proof Canopy light DAL-CAN-40 are designed for use in damp rooms, basements, garages, cellars, protected outdoor areas, but also in refrigerator- and freezer rooms. The housing is made of impact-resistant ADC12 alloy aliminium and with semi-transparent PMMA canopy diffusor to distribute the light on beam angle of about 160 degrees.
The aluminum core circuit board is equipped with high-performance NICHIA 757G SMD LEDs with an efficiency of 130 lm / W at CRI Ra> 80, corresponding to the energy class A++ (EU 2012) D (EU 2019).
The DAL-CAN luminaire has outer diameter of 283 mm, height 114 mm, it is fixed to ceiling or wall by supplied mounting plate. The housing includes a so called "breather". This devices cares for balanced air pressure inside the housing thus avoiding any moisture getting trapped inside in case the lamp is switched off while it is in very humid area.
The built in driver is dimmable by 0-10 VDC signal. Optionally an adjustable daylight- and motion sensor can be built in. This allows to cluster many lights for sync dimming and switching in case of motion detection within 10 m and 15 m mounting height.
We offer this canopy light in wattages of 40 Watt and 60 Watt and in light colours 3000K / 4000K / 5000K and 6000K
