Unlike any other spectrometer the MK-350-S-Premium offers a wider range of light measurements than the MK350-S:

According to our information, BLH measurements for risk and health assessment are regulated in a very complex manner in IEC62471. For precise measurement, apertures and defined radial angles and other things are necessary, which are not available in the MK350S-Premium. Therefore, BLH measurements can only be approximate values; we do not recommend these values for a final risk assessment. There are special measuring devices for BLH measurement that are in the range of 30,000 Euros. The precision of such devices cannot be achieved with portable spectrometers regardless of their provenance.
All data can be saved to SD-card (not included) or to your computer as MS-Excel compatible file or as BMP-file.
The fully charged battery operates the system for about 4 hours continiously measure (can be one time / continious measure)
It includes an automatic dark calibration when switched on. Auto off function (time adjustable), menu language english, chinese, japanese. German and Polish language will be later as per update via Asmetec.
The MK-350 comes in a robust plastic case, including pouch, rechargeable battery, charger, manual.
How to use? Easy as can be:
1. Make sure the sensor cap is on sensor
2. press power button and accept automatic dark calibration
3. take off sensor cap and hold the sensor to the light source in dedicated distance
4. press measure button until beep
5. read measure in different ways via difference screens
6. (if needed) save data to SD-card or to your computer
