Compact LED luminaire with matt diffuser

The METOLIGHT® Tri-Proof LED fixtures series DAL-SL are designed for use in damp rooms, basements, garages, autowash systems, but also in refrigerator- and freezer rooms. The housing is made of impact-resistant polycarbonate and corresponds to the classes IP65 / IK08. The matted diffuser made of polycarbonate distributes the light to approx. 160 °.
The aluminum core circuit board is equipped with high-performance SMD LEDs with an efficiency of 120 lm / W at CRI Ra> 80, corresponding to the energy class A + (EU 2012) E (EU 2019).
The DAL-SL luminaire with a length of 60 cm corresponds to the brightness of a conventional Tri-Proof fixture equipped with 2 x 36 Watt fluorescent tubes, but saves more than 50% of energy (considering the ballast) at about 10 times the shelf life. The integrated power supply of brand OSRAM is designed for input voltages between 220 - 240 V AC 50/60 Hz for long-lasting, low-maintenance operation up to approx. 30,000 hours (L70B50).

Special features of this diffuser:
The diffuser does not have any clips for the diffuser - this is not necessary either, because the electrical connection is made from externally accessible contacts that are connected via the supplied IP65 cable bushings. It is no longer necessary to open the bath light.


The luminaire is completely through wired: You connect the power supply to one end of the luminaire and can connect other luminaires directly to the opposite connection of the luminaire - pay attention to the maximum permissible fuse protection of the power supply line - for LEDs max. 50% of the fuse.


The supplied metal clips are attached to the wall or ceiling, the light simply clipped into it - simple and quick installation.

Note: The electrical connection may only be made by trained electricians, taking into account the general safety regulations for handling electricity!

Optionally, this lamp can also be supplied with a DALI dimmable power supply. This LED light does not emit UV light. Plastic therefore does not become brittle, insects are not attracted by the light.

Available light colors: cool white - 6000K, naturel white - 4000K CRI Ra> 80.
The efficiency of the LEDs is 120 lm / W.
Other light colors and a clear PMMA cover are available on request.
