METOLIGHT Light Metrology with Spectrometer

Fast and inexpensive measurement of your bulbs

ASMETEC has its own ultra-modern light metrology laboratory for quality control of our products.

We offer a metrology service for customers, dealers, architects, lighting technicians but also for consumers.

With our spectroradiometers and the 3 integrating spheres we measure light colour, rendering index and other chroma parameters as well as light power in lumen, pupil lumen, efficiency, peak wave and many more.
In addition to these photometric data we measure electrical data such as power, power factor, current, voltage, test voltage and much more.
The metrology accuracy is made to customers specification. In the our regular metrology we measure the bulbs after a warm-up time of 30 minutes., but also can offer a long time measure, taking data each 5 minutes for up to 48 hours. Of course such extended measure do cost a lot more - please ask for our quotation if needed.
The measure results are provided as PDF or print our, the diagrams are given as JPG file.

In addition to our price for the regular metrology we charge per measurement 20.00 Euros as set-up costs, since each bulb must be inserted in a complex way to reach the required accuracy.

Freight costs from and to customer are to be worn by customer. The processing time for metrology jobs is currently 2-3 working days.
