The Merrytek MC601V is an innovative motion sensor with motion detection and adjustable hold time up to 20 minutes after the last motion detection. An integrated, switchable daylight sensor can also be set via DIP switches, from which ambient brightness the sensor should respond. In addition, an external daylight sensor MS01 can be connected and lights with dimmable power supplies (0-10V or 1-10V) automatically dimmed depending on the ambient light. Via DIP switches, this motion switch can be set individually in many subfunctions.
The MC601V can be installed in dry interior walls and ceilings and also in luminaires such as tri-proof light. The sensor is suitable for switching LED lights and light sources.It makes sense to install the sensor behind a ceiling made of wooden panels or grid ceiling panels near a downlight, because this makes it easy to reach the sensor when changing the dip switches or replacing them. You can connect several sensors in parallel for switching in the stairwell amnd hallways.

Hint:
Please note that the maximum switching loads of ohmic loads (e.g. incandescent lamp, halogen lamp) and inductive loads (e.g. LED luminaires) are different. For inductive loads, as a thumb rule is only half the switching load for ohmic loads.
