METOSTAT ESD antistatic film MST-100K-10

The METOSTAT ESD film MST-100K is a transparent polyester film 0.1 mm thick, single sided self-adhesive, coated with a dissipative surface coating. It is suitable for electrostatically dissipating window panes, synthetic glass panes and other flat, smooth and insulating surfaces. The Rp is 106 to 108 ohms.
The film is capable of copying and is resistant to abrasion. However, the film is not suitable for a permanent application of abrasive parts.
For electrostatic discharge the film must be earthed, e.g. via a grounded metal rail, metal strip, ESD rubber strips, ESD brushes or other suitable grounding means.
The ESD film has excellent transparency, chemical resistance and good abrasion resistance. It is ideal for application in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, solar circuit board manufacture, in clean rooms and, of course, for use in ESD work areas according to DIN EN 61340-5-1.
The film has a minimum triboelectric charging behavior and offers a very good electrostatic discharge behavior.

as customer-specific rollware (lengths up to 100 meters)
as a roll off cut (122 cm wide, length from 1 m, then staggered by 50 cm each)
as a DIN A4 blank
In the version MST100 we deliver this film also non adhesive, both sides coated.
