Lisun LSRF-3, Flicker Test
Flicker-Test device acc. toh EU 2019/2020
LSRF-3 is a newly developed flicker meter that is used in conjunction with an integrating sphere kit to measure the flicker and interference behavior of light sources according to current standards. For this purpose, software is supplied that can be installed on Windows computers (from Win-7).
The measurement takes place automatically at the push of a button. Of course, the light source to be measured or the luminaire to be measured must first be positioned in the integrating sphere and switched on. The pre-heating time is determined automatically by the LSRF-3.
In addition to the light sensor, a temperature sensor is also installed in the measuring openings of the integrating sphere.
The lamp / luminaire under test must be operated via a special adjustable power supply unit (e.g. LSP500-VARC-Pst) that controls the lamp in accordance with IEC TR 61547-1: 2017, IEC 61000-4-15 and IEEE 1453.
The LSRF-3 is supplied with a class A photometric sensor, for sampling rates up to 100 kHz and is factory calibrated.
The system complies with all current standards, such as: EnergyStar V2.1, IEC TR-61547-1: 2020 IEC Pst, CA-CEC, ASSIST, CIE TN006-2016 CIE SVM, IEEE Standard 1789 and other standards.
It is a professional flicker measurement system for LED lamps and lights, energy-saving lamps, fluorescent tubes, etc.
Measurement according to EU directives 1194/2012, 2009/125 / EC, SASO2902, EU 2019/2015 - EU2019 / 2020 and IEC 60969.
According to IEC TR-61547-1 : In 2020, light Pst LM and light Pst LM (I) are measured for voltage fluctuations.
