The LED strip series COB are designed for professional use. The special feature of these LED strips lies in the assembly with COB LEDs with very high color quality CRI Ra> 90. In the used COBs are many small single-LED chips installed, so that the human eye no longer perceives the individual points of light and recognizes as a continuous band of light. This allows for completely new architectural lighting, especially in combination with our aluminum LED profiles, which not only give off a visually beautiful lighting image, but also serve as a heat sink for the LED strips.

The efficiency of these COB LED strips is 100 lm / W, about 10 times more than incandescent lamps and about 1.5 times more than fluorescent tubes - with much longer durability. Constant current control in each COB ensures constanlty bright light over the entire LED strip. The back of the LED strip is coated with strong adhesive double-sided adhesive tape, which the LED strips are glued to dry, flat surfaces, preferably metal. We generally do not recommend mounting on plastic or wood, as these are very poor heat conductors and the LED strips wear out quickly after a long burning time.

Application areas:
The LED strip with protection class IP20 may only be used in dry indoor areas for general decorative lighting. It may not be operated in damp or wet areas. Application areas are architectural lighting, lighting in cabinets, shelves, display cases, counters, backlit of paintings, trade show booths, etc.

Delivery forms:
We provide these LED Strip exclusively B2B to specialist dealers or installers. The minimum order is 1 roll of 5 meters.
The LED strips sries COB are available in the colors 3000K (warm white), 4000K (naturel white), 6000K (cool white), red (620-630 nm), yellow (585-595 nm) and blue (450-470 nm).

Installation:
The back of our LED strip is provided with a 3M adhesive tape, so that the LED strips are glued to dust-free, dry surfaces. We recommend especially for continuous lighting of the LED strips to stick on aluminum flat profiles or our special LED profiles to ensure optimal heat dissipation. Sticking on wood or other heat insulating surfaces leads to overheating and thus shortened shelf life of the LEDs.

Electrical connection:
The LED strip must be connected to a stabilized power supply with 24 VDC output voltage, optionally also to respective batteries. Please pay attention to correct polarity. The red connection cable leading to the positive terminal of the power supply. The use of cheap, unregulated power supplies may damage the LED Strip, since such power supplies usually make a significantly higher output voltage (depending on the load connected).
