The timelessly beautifully designed METOLIGHT Gimbal DLG series LED recessed ceiling luminaires are robust LED luminaires for professional continuous use. They are equipped with a CITIZEN high-performance LED-COB of the latest generation with efficiency above 100 lm/W and comply with energy class F (EU 2019). With a colour rendering value CRI >85 the illuminated objects are reproduced in their natural colours. Optionally we also supply these lamps with CRI Ra>90.
The Gimbal luminaires are designed for installation in ceilings. After installation they can be rotated horizontally by 360° and swivelled vertically by 80°. The integrated high-gloss reflector with diamond-cut lines provides a bundled, low-glare light beam with an exit angle of approx. 15 to 60° (depending on the model). The LED chip can be replaced by ASMETEC in case of repair.
The external constant current power supply is included in the scope of delivery and is simply plugged in. It is optionally also available in dimmable version (0-10 Volt, DALI, Triac).
Sufficiently dimensioned aluminium heat sinks ensure maintenance-free operation over many thousands of operating hours. The low heat generation, the UV-free light and the approx. 70% lower power consumption compared to conventional lighting technology make this LED luminaire particularly interesting for lighting in shops or boutiques, museums, galleries, exhibitions - wherever economical, bright light without UV radiation is required.
The LED gimbal DLG series is available in the light colours warm white (2800-3200K) and neutral white (3800-4200K). In the standard version, we supply luminaires with a 38° angle of light, the 15°, 24° and 60° angles of light are also available as an option.
