Duo-layer antistatic shelf covering mat, delivered as roll of 10m length
This ESD shelf mat is made of a duo-layer synthetic rubber, 1.5 mm thick, volume-dissipative.
The smooth back of the mat has a surface resistance of 103 to 104 ohms, the structured top side has a surface resistance of 106 to 107 ohms.
Scope of application:
Shelf mat for covering shelves or transport trolleys, but also suitable as a table mat for workplaces in the electronics, circuit board, assembly, repair area, optics, clean room and ESD areas.
Grounding:
Stick the self-adhesive aluminum tape (article Asmetec 101334, roll 50 mm x 50 m long) in a grid format approx. 25 x 25 cm to the subsurface of the area to be covered and connect it to an earthing point.
The weight of the shelf mat creates an electrical connection between the conductive mat and the aluminum strip.
The aluminum tape can then be placed in a suitable location, e.g. earthed to protective earth (PE)
