ASMETEC has its own ultra-modern light metrology laboratory for quality control of our products.

The determination of the electromagnetic emissions (EMI) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is particularly important through the tightening of ElektroG.
A trader of electronic products, in particular for lighting technology must not rely solely on predetermined data of its suppliers, in particular if he himself - in case he imports such goods - is considered as manufacturer and is treated as such by law. He must give prove the correctness of the data in the context of a CE certification. To this end, it requires expensive metrology systems and knowledge how to deal with that or the assignment according to accredited and thus very expensive service providers.
ASMETEC itself is not accredited as a testing laboratory. Nevertheless, our metrology corresponds to meet all technical requirements certified accordingly by itself. Starting from the quality control of our own needs for luminaires and lamps to check inhouse we invested in extensive measurement technology and now offer the EMI measurement as a service.
With our LISUN EMI Test system we measure the radiation emitted by lamps and bulbs With our instruments we cover the frequencies from 0.09 to 30 MHz and from 30 to 300 MHz.
If our measurements comply with the required limit values (mostly DIN EN 55015, 55013, 55015, 55022, GB17743, CISPR12, CISPR22), you can be confident that the products measured with us will also meet the limits measurements in an accredited laboratory.
The measured data are available as PDF, measurement diagrams in addition as JPG .
In addition to our price per regular measure we charge 20 Euros per device as setup cost.
Freight costs for the return freight shall be worn by the customer. The processing time for measuring jobs is currently 2-3 working days.
