The DCR hand rollers METOCLEAN DTS-HRM series have the same excellent cleaning effect as our bigger sized DCR hand rollers, but they are by their very small design especially suitable for cleaning on smallest surfaces. Ball bearings both sides held in a rugged die-cast aluminum handle take blue rollers made of special elastomer composite to reliably remove loose dust particles on delicate surfaces without affecting them or even damage.
The hand rollers METOCLEAN HRM series are available in widths of 5, 10, 25, 30, 50, 76 and 100 mm.
The METOCLEAN DTS System (Dust Transfer System)
Functioning:
The special elastomer compound with durable self adhesion traps the loose particles when rolling over the surface and holds it to the elastomer surface. Then the hand roller is rolled over our specially designed DTS adhesive pads. The bond strength of the paper is aligned with our hand roller, so that the particles are transferred from the hand roller to the adhesive pads and the surface of the hand roller is particle-free again.

We recommend to clean our handroller series with specially tuned
METOCLEAN DTS adhesive pads, in no way any self-adhesive film residues. The adhesives such films can damage the surface of the DCR-hand roller irreparably by chemical reaction. It is particularly important that when working with the DTS Systems no adhesive residue is transferred from adhesive pad over the rollers onto the product. In an integrated system as METOCLEAN DTS all parts are matched to each other so that a glue transfer is virtually impossible. In addition, the elastomer rollers should be cleaned regularly with
METOCLEAN DTS IPAW and moist wipes to get the maximum cleaning power of the special elastomer rollers for a long time.
