This lint free, rubber based, antistatic clean pad can be used with all METOCLEAN DCR hand rollers. It offers excellent tackyness and durability for common use.
The DCP-Pad 3030BT can be cleaned simply using luke warm water. It remains its high tackyness for a very long time and can be used over and over. The antistatic special elastomer rubber keeps the particles trapped until you remove them by wiping with a lint free wetted clean cloth.
How to use:
Remove the protection sheet on both sides to have a clean tacky surface. Then roll your DCR-roller without pressure over the tacky surface of the adhesive DCP-pad. All contaminations of the DCR-roller will be transferred to the tacky pad. Then clean the surface of your film, printed circuit board, or any other flat surface by rolling the DCR-roller without pressure over the surface of your product.
Loose chippings, particles, dust, hair etc. will be transferred from the product surface to the elastomer rubber roll of the METOCLEAN DCP-Pad.
Once there is too much dust and debris on the pad surface, simply clean it with a lint free cloth, soaked in soap water and reuse the durable pad again. Clean the pad from time to time with IPA wipes such as Asmetec METOCLEAN IPAW
