Compact LED luminaire with matt diffuser
The METOLIGHT® Tri-Proof LED fixtures series DAL-IP66-Pro are designed for use in damp rooms, basements, garages, autowash systems, but also in refrigerator- and freezer rooms. The housing is made of impact-resistant polycarbonate and corresponds to the classes IP66 / IK08. The semi-transparent prism diffuser made of polycarbonate distributes the light to approx. 160 °.
The aluminum core circuit board is equipped with high-performance SMD LEDs with an efficiency of 120 lm / W at CRI Ra> 80, corresponding to the energy class A + (EU 2012) E (EU 2019).
The DAL-IP66-060-Pro luminaire with a length of 60 cm corresponds to the brightness of a conventional Tri-Proof fixture equipped with 2 x 18 Watt fluorescent tubes, but saves more than 50% of energy (considering the ballast) at about 10 times the shelf life. The integrated power supply of brand Philips is designed for input voltages between 220 - 240 V AC 50/60 Hz for long-lasting, low-maintenance operation up to approx. 50,000 hours (L70B50).
The mounting clips for the diffuser and the mounting brackets for the luminaire are made of stainless steel. The inner wiring is made with 3 x 1.5 mm² as through wiring with 3-pin plug-in terminals for fast assembly. Thus, many luminaires can be connected to the series in a short time.
Optionally, this luminaire can also be supplied with an emergency module for 3 hours emergency lighting as well as with DALI dimmable power supply.
This LED light does not emit UV light. Plastics therefore do not brittle, insects are less attracted by the light.
The DAL-IP66-Pro range is available in lengths of 60 cm - 23 Watt, 120 cm - 38 Watt and 150 cm - 58 Watt, standard in light color 4000K, CRI Ra> 83. The efficiency of the LEDs is 120 lm / W .
Other light colors, as well as clear PMMA cover are available on request.
