Adhesive floor mats - also called dust binding mats or tacky floor mats - are usually used in front of entrance doors to clean rooms in the electronics industry, laboratories, medical technology, hospitals and other areas with clean room technology. They bind loose dust, sand, dirt that adheres to the soles of shoes simply by walking over them.
Each of our floor mats contains 30 layers. At one corner there is a numbered peel-off tab where you can see the remaining layers of the mat. The bottom layer has a particularly strong adhesive layer of more than 1000 N/sqtf on the back to attach the mat to the floor. The back of this layer has a protective film that is removed before using the floor mat.
We supply these floor mats in standard sizes, but also customer-specific dimensions up to 2 m in length are available, taking a minimum quantity into account.
